Dialogue University
Dialogue University (DU) is a multi-faceted learning and development center designed to deliver clearly defined corporate curriculum that ensures timely development of Dialogue employees. Providing this type of job specific education and training to our customer advocates and coaches is a critical success factor to effective human capital management and ultimately, achieving the mission and goals of Dialogue Marketing and its clients. Our focus in this program is to access, develop, and maintain leadership characteristics among our current and future leaders and employees.
How Does It Work?
The coursework at Dialogue University is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Each employee starts off in the basic classes that build essential training and development skills in their current positions. From there, with the aid of the University’s instructors, each employee sets their own learning goals and can choose the learning style that they prefer whether it is classroom instructed, online, or with a team. Employees are also assigned specific coursework for completion by the department manager. The ultimate goal is that each employee becomes an expert in their position.
Each employee is also encouraged to examine possible future career opportunities within Dialogue Marketing. This is where Dialogue University’s Senior Mentoring Program proves to be an outstanding component. The Senior Mentoring Program matches employees individuals career goals with senior management team members who are currently in their desired field. This program allows employees to learn more about their desired career by being personally mentored by a professional. This helps to mold and develop not only the employees personal development, but it also identifies their career path.
