Peter Schmitt

Schmitt, a former Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner, aligns and leads the strategic growth and development of the company with a focus on marketing, sales and customer experience management leadership. He holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a bachelor's degree in marketing from John Carroll University.

Dave Shapiro

With more than 22 years of industry experience, Shapiro leads business development efforts for Dialogue Marketing and its business units. Dave’s topics of expertise include call center operations, financial services and client relations.

Shapiro is a member of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and International Association for Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Jason Lancaster

Bringing more than a decade of contact center experience,
Lancaster will oversee client services, call center operations and
new client implementations as well as drive overall strategy for Dialogue Marketing.

Lancaster has held various senior-level and executive positions
at some of the industry's largest providers of customer
contact solutions.

Sara Carter

Sara brings her marketing and social media experience to Dialogue Marketing to plan, develop, communicate and implement the tactical and strategic marketing plans for Dialogue Marketing and its business units.

Gerald Williams

As Director of Human Resources, Gerald’s primary responsibility is to oversee the management of the company’s most important asset - its people. Develop and recommend human resource policies, programs and practices and coordinate human resources activities such as recruiting, performance management, career development and succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training. Gerald is current board member of the Detroit chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Michael Lipinski

Mike provides the vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology and business process improvement initiatives. He directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of Dialogue Marketing’s operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and operations. He has won numerous awards for his work including “Technology Company of the Year – Automation Alley” , “Innovative Product of the Year – SC Magazine” and “Method and Application Patents for Information Risk Management”
