Donor Dialogue Expands International Presence with Newest Client, Belgian Red Cross-Flanders
Emergency response organization selects DRM Touch to support donor
recruitment efforts
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 1, 2011 — Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing and provider of products and services to help hospitals and blood centers be more efficient, productive and profitable, announced Belgian Red Cross-Flanders. has selected its DRM Touch., a customer relationship management system, to support its donor recruitment efforts. The Belgian Red Cross is one of more than 178 National Societies of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, a worldwide action-oriented relief organization.
The organization cited several benefits to selecting Donor Dialogue's DRM Touch, including the system's ability to provide automation of recruitment processes, improve donor communications, advance telephone recruitment efforts and provide tracking of all marketing efforts.
"Belgian Red Cross-Flanders makes sure that, with the help of voluntary donors, there is always a sufficiency of blood and plasma," said Jan Rymenams, project manager, Belgian Red Cross-Flanders. "Our strict medical controls guarantee the quality and safety of the blood supply. To support these goals, we selected DRM Touch, because of Donor Dialogue's ability to customize and translate portions of its system to French and Dutch to meet our needs. Our decision was made even simpler due to the company's quick response when we began our initial search for providers through America's Blood Centers. We have high expectations for DRM Touch and are confident we made the right choice."
The Belgian Red Cross-Flanders has 254 local branches supported by nearly 14,000 volunteers and collecting more than 400,000 units of blood each year. With DRM Touch, the organization will better retain donors, communicate more effectively with existing and new donors, and maintain or reduce operational costs.
"Donor Dialogue's continued growth and expansion into other nations evidences the industry demand for DRM Touch as the preferred customer relationship management solution," said Doug Emig, president of Donor Dialogue. "We are committed to serving the blood donor industry to the fullest and pride ourselves on our ability to customize our solutions to meet all organizations' needs. We look forward to supporting Belgian Red Cross-Flanders' recruitment efforts and anticipate future growth outside the United States."
